There are many reasons for this to happen. The main cause's are below. However the first one listed is the most common. .

The Transfer of information from your order to our server was disrupted by a Windows Front Page Error. The main reason for this to happen is that the server at this time is overloaded. It does not matter if its during peak or non peak hours, but did start during peak hours and the Webmaster is either fixing the problem, or he is not aware of it. At this time we would really appreciate sending him an email or txt message on his cell phone which is 914-213-2395. If you text him please leave your name that you were placing on your order and the page you were on. You do not have to be specific, as he will inform our processors and when your order does come through you will receive a major 50% discount off your total order, up to 50.00 dollars. You can also email him at info@internetglassnetwork.com however like anyone, they are never sitting at their computer at the time of a system crash. So Save some money, and text him and save some money.
Your computer is corrupted with tracking cookies and needs to be cleaned. When submitting information on a secure server, esspcially one like ours being 248bit encryption, that information was also trying to be sent to another site, thus forcing a crash for your own protection. We have found 3 very good programs for you to consider for installation, but first lets fix something quick on your computer. First print out this page because you will need it when we ask you to fix what's wrong with your computer. So hit the print button. After you have a copy simply click on the back button to the order form you were on. Unlike most shopping carts you would not be able to do this being they buffered all the information on a database that once used, is deleted. Ours is not the case. So click on your back button. If you are using Internet Explorer click on the tools tab at the top of the browser. If you are running Firefox, well I feel really sorry for you. I dont want to get sued by them, but you never want that program on your computer. When that program first came out, it was a wonderful replacement for Internet Explorer, but now, well....you talk about spyware. If you have that program you will now need a computer expert to remove it from your computer, and you may never be able to place an order through us. Iw ould suggest you either call us or fax in the order to us. Now getting back to Windows Explorer. Look for a button or tab that says delete browsing history, or delete cookies. What you want to do is delete the browsing history, cookies, and Temporary Internet Files. Once you have done this go to the bottom of our order page and click on the submit button. If you see the confirmation page, then the problem has been fixed, but for now. You do have major problems in your computer and there are 3 programs that we recommend for you to download, and best of all they are all free, as well as spam free. The first program to download is Called SpyBot. You can download this program from www.spybot.com. Download and install, but please read the documentation. There is an option after you have cleaned your computer of all the spyware in your computer from contaminating it again. Its call Immunization. This feature prevents the spyware ever to hit your computer again. When you first run this program, do not be scared out of your mind when you see 200-500 spywares on your system. Hey...do you have kids that use your computer as well. The next program to download is Tweaknow powerpack. Do not go to www.tweaknow.com. This is a spyware program. You are looking for version 9.0. Now I have it and cost me 45.00, but I have heard that this is a freeware program now. So do a search on http://www.warez-bb.org/search.php. Do a search for this program there, but remember download version 9.0 or down. I found the best version was 6.0, but have worked with 9.0 which works well on a vista or windows 7. Last but not least is the best virus software on the market, and for now it is free. Its called Avast. Go to www.avast.com . However before you delete your present anti virus program, I would wait till it expires being that you paid a year for its use, but it is a wonderful program, and catches all sorts of trogens and even has its own build in firewall. It will find viruses that the other will not. It also updates its self 5 times a day. Well thats it.
CThe third and final problem why your order did not go through is two part, one, IS YOUR MODEM DOWN..take a look at it to see if all those lights are blinking, the other is that our Host Server is down. To fix the first is to unplug your modem for 30 seconds and plug it back in. You however might have to restart your computer. The other problem is that our Hosting Server is Down as well. If that is the case, its usually a short delay, and just hit the back button again after 10 minutes or so. This happening is very rare but everybody is human it. If it does not work after 10 minutes, then they are having major problems, but that would be very rare. Just keep the page open and keep trying to submit.
